2 years ago, I gave up on my garden. The heat, humidity and rain would devastate my summer vegetable garden by August. Rather than quit, I rebuilt my garden from the ground up with deeper raised beds, more weed suppression, automated drip irrigation and my newest creation: a roof with a built-in trellis.
